What To Expect

Sometimes it can be daunting to find your way around a new place. Here are some details we think will be helpful in becoming acclimated to Temple. We are excited to have you exploring our web site and look forward to having you and your family as our guests at Temple. From children to senior adults, there is a place for you no matter your age or stage of life. Here is some helpful information to make you feel "at home" when you visit. If you have a question that is not covered, please contact us here.

WORSHIP TIMES

On Sundays, Temple has two morning worship services. 9:00 am & 10:30 am. Sunday worship is filled with contemporary music and relevant messages.

WELCOME CENTER

The Welcome Center is located in the main foyer. Greeters will answer your questions and escort you to worship or to a Bible Fellowship Group. We want to welcome you, join the pastor and ministerial staff in the Green Room after each morning worship service.

DRESS

Come as you are. We are more concerned about meeting your needs than what you wear. You will see people dressed in a wide range of attire from jeans to dress clothes. We want everyone to feel at home.

BABIES & CHILDREN

Temple provides preschool childcare at both morning services so parents can experience a meaningful time of worship. Temple loves kids, and kids love Temple! The desire of our children's ministry is simple: teach the kids about the love of God and create an environment where kids and parents want to come back.

We have a great group of volunteers who love on our kids each week. Sunday morning is a fun place for kids to develop friendships and learn about Jesus. Visit our Kids Page to learn more about what we have to offer.

STUDENTS

The adolescent years can be tough, for parents and teens! Welcome to LH20 Student Ministry, our ministry to students in grades 6 - 12. We’re here to teach the truths of Scripture, provide a place for kids to hang out and build meaningful relationships with peers and adults, and encourage parents. Junior High students meet during the 9:30 am hour in The Pier and High School students meet during the 10:30 am hour in The Pier.

Of course, there’s much more than Sunday mornings. Click here to go to our main site and learn more about the LH20 Student Ministry.

LIFE GROUPS
Experience community and even closer relationships with friends. Life Groups are a place for you to connect on a deeper level, to be encouraged and grow spiritually – for others to know you by name and hash out some of the questions about Christianity and the Bible. Following Jesus is not meant to be done in isolation—God meant for us to do life together. Please contact Rob Pate for more information or if you would like to be a Life Group leader or provide a host home.
